About this event

Join us for Lunch-Link Up, a monthly gathering hosted by a senior Black woman in tech, designed to spark honest conversation, inspire new connections, and champion inclusive leadership in the tech sector.

At each intimate lunch, we create a warm, relaxed space for Black women across tech to share experiences, insights, and ideas. Whether you're pivoting into tech, rising into leadership, or simply looking to build a meaningful community, this is a table where you belong.

Why Attend?

  • Connect with like-minded professionals and industry leaders
  • Gain insights from trailblazing Black women shaping the future of tech
  • Engage in real talk about inclusion, ambition, and growth
  • Expand your network in an intentional and impactful way

Each session is uniquely hosted by a different GTA Black Women in Tech community leader, offering fresh perspectives and stories with every lunch. Come as you are, we’re here to build together.

About This Month's Host

We’re thrilled to welcome Terri-Louise Brown as our November Lunch-Link Up host — a community architect, accessibility advocate, and global connector committed to building inclusive ecosystems where no one is left behind.

As Head of International and Community Partnerships at Sistas In Sales, she empowers women of colour across the globe to lead, sell, and grow with authenticity.

After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2016, Terri founded Talks With M.S., one of the UK’s only Black-led MS charities, and launched The Empowerment Awards — the first to honour both assistance dogs and individuals with additional needs.

With over 15 years in business operations, Terri advises global companies on inclusive design, accessible innovation, and disability-led talent strategies. She is a fierce advocate for tech that’s built with disabled communities from the start.

Terri brings bold vision, lived experience, and a deep sense of purpose to every room she enters — redefining leadership through inclusion, connection, and impact.
