We will aim to accommodate guests on the day, but you will not be able to swap your ticket for another shopping session directly. You may cancel your ticket and move to another slot (subject to availability).

I cant find tickets for my preferred shopping session. What do I do?

We are limiting the number of tickets for each session to ensure that the sessions are enjoyable and safe.
