As we enjoy another superb meal prepared by the excellent hotel team, our wine will be very generously sponsored by Ben Wortley of Beacon IT, and we'll hear from Headway Norfolk and Waveney - a Charity whose work supports those impacted by acquired brain injury or stroke.

After a delicious main course, we'll hear from Emma Lewis, Founder of Eudaemonia Consultancy, about her 20 years of experience working in mental health.

Rosemary & lemon marinated roasted lamb rump, potato terrine, pea & baby onion fricassee, brown butter & carrot puree, mint jus (gf)
Poached gilt head bream fillet, oven-roasted herb new potatoes, tender stem broccoli, pea puree, lemon & caper sauce (gf)
Seasonal arancini, sun-dried tomato pesto, green beans & shallot fricassee, salsa verde (v)
