In this workshop, parents and children will journey through meditation stories, creative activities, and calming practices — making mindfulness fun, engaging, and easy to bring home.
In this workshop, you and your child will:
- Be introduced to the Chakra System in a child-friendly way.
- Learn how to create your own Mindfulness Box.
- Practice simple breathing techniques to relax body and mind.
- Enjoy gentle guided meditations to peaceful forests and calming beaches.
- Learn how to use a singing bowl, ocean drum and angel forks.
- Share moments of gratitude and appreciation together.
- Use imagination to create your very own Meditation Story.
- Explore feelings and emotions in a safe and supportive way.
- Practice uplifting positive affirmations.
- Learn about the rainbow of healthy foods and the joy of mindful eating

What you need to bring to the workshop:
A bottle of water
A small cushion or mat for the guided meditation practices (optional)
Snazzy socks or Funky slippers

IMPORTANT:
There is no space to store pushchairs or buggies.
The workshop is on the first floor. There are no lifts.
Doors will open at 9:50 to give you time to settle in and allowing the session to start promptly at 10am.
