Mazen Bin Afif

Mazen is a seasoned transformation leader, strategist, and TEDx speaker with over 25 years of experience in banking, business transformation, and cultural change. Known as The Architect of Transformation, Mazen brings clarity to chaos by rebuilding broken systems, fixing clunky processes, and reshaping outdated mindsets—with equal parts strategy, empathy, and energy. A passionate advocate for people-first leadership and execution excellence, he believes real impact only happens when change genuinely helps people. Whether he's leading a turnaround, designing strategy, or inspiring teams through his talks and podcast, Mazen blends sharp insight with a human touch, making him anything but the “usual” executive.

Reema M. Khashoggi

Reema M. Khashoggi is a Saudi professional with a solid foundation in science and education. She is an accomplished business manager with over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, research administration, and strategic business management within world-class institutions. She has a proven track record in financial strategy, operational excellence, and workforce planning, complemented by expertise in compliance, procurement, and process optimization. As Business Manager in a world-class educational institution, Reema oversees multi-million-dollar budgets, drives digital transformation in reporting, and leads the educational and research division-wide business continuity planning in alignment with ISO 22301:2019 standards. Holding both Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer certifications in Business Continuity Management Systems, she also holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Sciences from King Abdulaziz University, and an undergraduate degree in Administrative Sciences (Healthcare Management) from King Faisal University. As a Saudi Female reader who started her career in Saudi Aramco, Reema blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership to deliver sustainable growth, operational resilience, and high-quality service outcomes.
