Dr. Tariq Althobaiti

Dr. Tariq Althobaiti is a distinguished Consultant in Emergency Medicine and Pediatric Emergency Medicine at King Saud University Medical City, where he also serves as Program Director of the Pediatric Emergency Fellowship and Head of the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Section.

A respected Clinical Assistant Professor, he’s the Secretary General of the Saudi Society of Emergency Medicine and the Emergency Medicine Lead at the Saudi Ministry of Health. Dr. Althobaiti holds an MBA from the University of Manchester and holds certifications in medical quality and healthcare management.

With a strong focus on strategic transformation, crisis management, and system innovation, Dr. Althobaiti brings a powerful blend of clinical leadership and management acumen to advancing emergency care in Saudi Arabia.

Yazan Al FaouriYazan Al Faouri is a seasoned Technology Business Development Leader with over 15 years of experience in smart solutions, IoT innovation, and urban transformation. As Head of Smart Solutions at alfanar Co., he has spearheaded pioneering projects such as the NEOM Basecamp Smart Housing, Makkah Smart Bus Stop, and energy management systems across the region. He is the creator of the award-winning alfanar SMART® IoT Platform, leveraging AI and data analytics to enhance urban living. Yazan holds an MBA from The University of Manchester and a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
