The Marketing Network: Smarter Marketing for Small Teams

The Marketing Network: Smarter Marketing for Small Teams

By UKFT

Overview

Make new connections, learn from peers and discover practical strategies for small marketing teams from across the UKFT network.

Learn how small marketing teams across UK fashion and textiles build impact, consistency and momentum with limited resources.

This half-day session brings together marketers working in 1–5 person teams to share practical strategies, compare workflows and learn directly from peers who are solving the same challenges.

Through three in-depth case studies and a facilitated group activity, we will explore the systems, content frameworks and decision-making habits that help small teams deliver growth.

This event is part of The Marketing Network, UKFT’s community for marketing, communications and brand teams across the UK fashion and textile industry.

This session is designed specifically for:

  • Small marketing teams (1–5 people) working in brands, mills, manufacturers and suppliers
  • Founders handling marketing alongside operations
  • Marketers responsible for multiple channels with no specialist support
  • Teams looking to build better workflows, streamline content creation and strengthen storytelling

Note:

  • This workshop is designed specifically for small marketing / comms teams and brand founders handling marketing within UKFT member businesses. To make sure the session is as relevant and valuable as possible, we may need to reallocate tickets for registrations that fall outside the intended audience.
  • You must be a member of UKFT to register.
  • Two tickets maximum per company.
  • Please only book if you are sure to attend as space is limited.
