This 90-minute workshop invites men and masculine-identifying people into a supportive, non-judgemental space to reflect, share, and discover new perspectives on manhood and mental well-being.
Through a mix of guided conversation, creative exercises, and practical tools, we’ll explore how expectations of masculinity influence stress, relationships, and communication.
You’ll leave with fresh insights, new connections, and simple strategies to take into everyday life.
