Frequently asked questions

What sort of items can I drop off?

Anything that can fit into a standard airplane cabin size bag/carry-on luggage. It can't be more than 24"H, 16"W, and 10"D "D and no more than 35 pounds. Large backpacks, duffel bags, and tiny suitcases/wheeled luggage will also be accepted.

How will my belongings be identifed?

Your Eventbrite QR code ticket will also be your ticket for your belongings

Where will my belongings be stored?

Your items will stored in a secure space that will be staffed throughout

What if I forget to collect my belongings at the end of the day?

A late charge of will be applied and arrangements will be made for collection

What if I am unable to collect my belongings?

A courier delivery service can be arranged for an additional charge

Can I cancel my ticket and get my money back?

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact us at masqueradearcade@gmail.com to update the name on the booking.
