This year all profits will be heading to the Mount Elgon region reforestation program - in Kenya - to fund the planting of seedlings to establish tree nurseries in a coffee growing area. The local community can use this alongside numerous governmental and public programs to encourage & embrace the traditional methods of indigenous tree planting. We're hopeful that with this encouragement will come a brand new Direct-Trade farm connection for MB, and one that you can say you helped to get off the ground!

Come along and watch, enjoy a locally brewed beer and grab a slice of MB Bakery sourdough pizza - all included in the entry fee. Or if you're feeling brave, test out your skills by entering the competition itself, for the chance to win a big cash prize as well as barista gear & merch.

In a twist on previous years, not only will we be using Unordinary Oat Milk for all steaming & pouring, but for the first time ever we'll have a Matcha round! Thanks to our friends at Canton, we'll be going bright green for one of the rounds to test your Matcha brewing skills alongside the silky pours of course!

As well as the main competition there will be a charity raffle crammed full with awesome prizes kindly donated by our friends and wholesale partners. For a chance to win some of these great prizes you can also pre-purchase your raffle tickets in advance - simply add on the quantity you'd like to your ticket. Don't worry, there will still be a chance to purchase more on the night if you can't avoid the temptation once you see the tower of treats!
