Event description

Description

Autumn is considered a time of letting go and making room to receive . As the trees shed so must we. The organs associated with this season are the Lung and the Large intestine.

This Medicine garden will be unraveling the energies in motion associated with these organs and how they can directly link to the manifestation of poor health If these energies are restricted from their natural motion, which is constant flow in and out of our own experience

Following this we will dive deep into a breathing workshop led by Hanna-Jade where we will explore our own capacity to breath freely and deeply as a way of detoxifying our physical, emotional, mental and astral realms.

Such the chance to surrender yourself to your body's innate somatic intelligence as a way of understanding and integrating the balance of your own healing and embodiment path. The breathing session will be guided by both etheric live and recored sounds led by Hanna-Jade and Mehmet.

And finally after working through the deep energetics of our seasonal inner and outer worlds, we will be covering the use of applied nutritional and herbal therapy as a supportive and functional way to maintain or develop balanced health and wellbeing over the colder months ahead.

We will also be offering some nourishing and tonifying herbal teas and organic snacks too :)

Instead of feeling better your aim is to get better at feeling- Micheal Brown

You cannot move into meditation unless you try to understand, and use, your breathing system. Your breath is the bridge between your conscious and the unconscious - OSHO
