The Meditation Tool Kit

Saturday 22 September, 10am to 1.15pm

In this course we will learn how to cope with and transform the strains of modern life using practical meditation methods. Gaining experience of these will help us to transform difficulties at work and home and will increase our experience of peace and happiness.

This course will build upon the instructions given in the De-Stress & Unwind half-day course, but it is not essential to attend both.

While the previous course will focus on meditations to calm the mind and let go of stress, this course will focus on meditations that transform the mind into a more peaceful state.

Through gaining familiarity with positive ways of thinking in meditation we can experience deep and lasting happiness in daily life and protect ourself from painful feelings.

Timetable for the course:

First session 10am to 11.30 pm

Refreshments 11.30am to 12pm

Second session 12pm to 1.15pm
