About this event
The Session
The aim of the HR Forum is to create a support network of HR and Learning and Development Professionals to discuss and share experience and best practice on HR related topics.
Elaine will introduce the session and share a few statistics and some recent issues on the menopause and Caroline will lead on the legal and other responsibilities we have as employers as well as ways to ensure the wellbeing and performance of our staff who may be experiencing the menopause.
This will be followed by facilitated discussion, which will provide a great opportunity for discussion, sharing best practice and learning and of course continuous professional development/personal development. Plenty of opportunity for Q and As too.
