About this event

Health • Personal health

This event is designed especially for women at the University of Chester* who are early in their menopause journey. Whether you're just starting to notice changes or simply want to be prepared, this session will help you feel informed, empowered, and supported.

It is also for those further along in their journey who want to share what they have learnt, informally, with others.

You’ll hear from expert speakers and long-standing members of our Menopause Network who will share practical advice on food, exercise, and mental wellbeing—alongside honest, relatable stories from their own experiences.

It’s about giving you the knowledge and tools to make confident choices before symptoms hit.

(*students and visitors from the community and other organisations are welcome to attend, although some elements may have a University workplace focus)
