Unplug, unwind, and let yourself bloom at Pose & Posy - a dreamy half-day retreat designed to refresh your body, calm your mind, and spark your creativity.

Start your morning with an energising yoga class led by a certified instructor, then sip on your favorite tea or coffee as you soak in the good vibes. Then it’s time to get hands-on with a joyful posy flower arranging workshop, where your inner florist can shine! While you create, you can enjoy a delicious Afternoon Tea buffet. And finally we will indulge in some serious chill time - melt into the hot tub, sauna, or take a brave dip in the ice bath. This is your time to reset, recharge, and reconnect 🧘‍♀️✨

Arrival tea/coffee ☕ Ease into the day with a warm (or iced!) cup of your favorite brew. Sip and settle in, meet the group, and start soaking up the good vibes.
Yoga class 🧘 Move, stretch, and breathe with a certified yoga instructor in a gentle, feel-good flow suitable for all levels. This class is designed to wake up your body and bring your mind into the present - no pressure, just pure joy.
Posy flower arranging workshop 💐 Get creative in the most joyful way - by playing with blooms! You'll learn how to craft your own gorgeous posy bouquet with seasonal flowers, guided by a floral expert. Take it home as a sweet reminder of your blooming day.
Afternoon tea buffet 🍰 Treat yourself to a beautiful spread of sweet and savoury delights. Think fresh bakes, finger sandwiches, scones, and little bites of happiness - all served with your choice of tea, soft drinks, or something bubbly.
Chill time in hot tub, sauna and ice bath 🧖 Wrap up the retreat with some blissful R&R. Sink into the hot tub, detox in the sauna, or take a bold dip in the invigorating ice bath (if you dare!). It’s your moment to recharge, reflect, and soak in the calm.
