How long is the first consultation

The first consultation lasts 60 minutes and takes place via video call after you have completed a health questionnaire and nutrition assessment. During the consultation I will share my screen and go over your personal health plan which is created based on your health assessments and health goals.

Depending on your health goals there is an option to meet weekly or monthly. During these sessions we will go over the specifics of your health plan, and focus on things such as hormones, digestion, sleep, diet, nutrition, genetics and help you troubleshoot and answer any questions.

Does the program include lab testing

Lab testing is optional based on the results of your health assessments, and will be discussed during the consultation.

Is there a specific diet that I have to follow

Dietary recommendations are person specific, and focus on stabilising insulin, reducing inflammation, and maintaining blood sugar control.
