The Methodist Conference - Birmingham 2017

The Conference is the governing body of the Methodist Church under God. It has responsibility for the government, discipline, management and administration of the life of the Church. The Conference is also a place for worship, thanksgiving, Ordination and celebration.

You can attend most sessions of the Conference without a ticket. But if you want to come to the Opening of the Conference, on Saturday afternoon, or to Sunday morning worship, or to an Ordination service, you'll need a ticket. What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Birmingham International rail station is a 15-minute walk from the Hilton; car parking is available at the HIlton at a charge of £15 a day or in the NEC car parks, also £1. You can find directions to the Ordination venues on the Conference website.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Whether you're coming to the Opening, to Sunday Worship or to an Ordination service, you'll need to show your ticket to get in. We will send you your ticket by post - usually within a fortnight of you ordering, though it may take longer around bank holidays.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Send us an email - the Conference office is not staffed every day so it may take a few days to get back to you.
