Feeling the need to get inspired about your health and well-being?

Leading busy lives and juggling commitments can often mean that rustling up a healthy meal is the last thing on your mind. This weekend retreat is set in a beautiful place where you will learn how to create simple healthy food, have the opportunity to enjoy a yoga class and guided meditation and chill out so that you glide into the following week feeling Zen and ready to unleash your healthy kitchen goddess!

The Mindful Cook food retreats are based in the kitchen but are a not a traditional cookery course. The weekend is all about well-being, and lifestyle areas where making small changes can have a big impact on how you feel: Nutritious food, movement, mindfulness and time for yourself are all important factors in your health and happiness, and this weekend is a gift packed full of all of those!

When it comes to mindfulness, don’t worry! You won’t be stroking a pear for hours on end, the retreat is designed to provide you with realistic, practical techniques that you can use every day.

The retreat price includes two nights bed and breakfast at the stunning, luxurious, venue Fishley hall in Norfolk, morning movement classes, all workshops, an evening meditation and all the beautiful healthy meals.
