Be Better. Be Mindful.

This dynamic and practical 2-day workshop will introduce the concept and practical benefits of Mindfulness, often mistaken for meditation and self-awareness, in everyday life and the management of your business. 

Organisations such as Google, the British Parliament and the NHS have been turning to Mindfulness with increasing frequency in the aim of enhancing the well-being and effectiveness of their people.

The workshop is a concentrated and accelerated format of the 8-week MBSR program which includes Mindful communication, Mindful working, Mindful eating and Mindful meditation as well as advanced coaching techniques.   

Date & Time - Monday & Tuesday, September 28 & 29, 18:30- 21:30 on each day. The two sessions are inter-dependant, and combine complementary components, therefore attending both sessions will ensure maximum benefits.

Spaces - are limited to 15 participants, so please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. 

Price - £165 pounds by September 21th // £195 pounds between September 21-28th

This transformative program has been developed by Dana Zelicha, an Organisational Psychologist (LSE Alumni) and Lecturer at the Psychology department at the IDC Herzliya, specialising in Mindfulness workshops for managers and students worldwide. 

How can Mindfulness training help me?

1. PRODUCTIVITY & DECISION MAKING - Our path to progress is not always linear. Decisions are driven by logistical, rational and emotional factors which many times may clash and hinder clear thinking. Mindfulness training can help you untangle threads of overlapping thoughts, quieten the noise and listen to what lies beneath.

3. STRESS & ANXIETY - Mindfulness has proven to decrease stress and anxiety levels, depression and addictive behaviors. Mindfulness training can provide you practical techniques to help you remain calm, make deliberate decisions before acting and face problems head on.

4. WELL-BEING & HAPPINESS - Mindfulness training can help maximise your well-being and sense of presence, emotional resilience, tolerance, empathy and most importantly, self-compassion.
