Lacto-Fermentation - Vegetarian Kimchi
In this class we chat about the health benefits of eating fermented foods, discover 'what is fermentation?' and create our very own Kimchi to take away and continue to ferment at home.
This is a hands on class where you not only take home your own lacto-ferment but lalso earn how to look after your Kimchi once there, with troubleshooting tips on where it might go wrong. The course is designed to take the fear out of home fermentation and proceed with confidence and not to be put off by words such as 'bacteria' and 'sterilisation'.
