This class goes through the importance of preserving food, covers good sterilization practice for long lasting preserves, different ways to eat your makings and the health benefits of pickling your food.
The class is a relaxed hands-on 4 hour session teaching you how to make artisanal treats giving you confidence to preserve at home and there’s also a light lunch inspired by preserving.
