Please join us for an evening of debate about ethics in healthcare, where we will be asking "what is 'moral distress' in nursing?"
7-9pm with drinks and canapés to follow, the Wellcome Collection, Burroughs Room
Whether you are a patient, member of the public, healthcare professional or academic, we would like to invite you to attend this FREE event to discuss moral distress and related concepts such as compassion fatigue, burnout, professional well-being and ethics in healthcare.
You will hear from a panel of experts, have a chance to participate and debate, with drinks reception and canapés to follow:
Chaired by, Deborah Bowman, Professor of Bioethics, Clinical Ethics, and Medical Law at St George’s University and regular commentator on BBC Radio 4’s ‘Inside the Ethics Committee'.
