Cosmic Sisters,

After a bit of a winter break I am planning to run these women's circles again on a monthly basis, and close to a New or Full Moon.

The circles I have hosted in the past were themed according to the cycle of the moon and the associated star sign and element.

However, I have been guided to show more vulnerability and open up about topics that have helped me on my healing journey so far and themes that still hold a lot of triggers and opportunity for healing. I am hoping that the material will resonate with many of you and I am looking forward to sitting in a (virtual) circle and to dive deep!

The Mother Wound is the concept of unconsciously taking on our mother's own wounding, burdens, struggles, beliefs and conditioning. No matter what relationship you have with your mother, how close or not close you are with her, whether she is still around in this life or has passed, no matter how wonderful or traumatic or anything in between your childhood was, it is undeniable that the relationship we've had with our mother while growing up, provides us with the blueprint of all future relationships we form in our lives and the way we see the world.

During this women's circle we are invited to look to our mothers, with love, compassion and openness. It is not about pointing fingers or blaming one another but more about acceptacne and curiosity. Starting to look at and heal our mother wound will have a wonderful ripple effect to all the generations that have come before as well as the ones still to come and walk on this beautiful planet.

By looking at difficult topics, we are also sending signs to the universe, to say that we are ready to peel yet another layer back. That we are ready to take one step closer to our most authentic self. To come into a state of equilibrium and ultimately transform our lives, so that we can live in full alignment with our soul's desires.

Our evening together always consists of a sharing Circle. Depending on how we do with time and how many women join, some of the following elements are also included:

Journaling, Movement, Mantras, Chanting, Storytelling, Exercises, Dance, Singing

Spaces are limited, so go and grab your free spot now! This event is open to anybody who identifies as female and/or female bodied.

TIMING

The circle starts at 7:00pm GMT time. Please be ready for 6:45pm GMT and set your space. Think crystals, candles, incense etc. You might want to have a blanket, some water or a hot drink (ceremonial cacao or tea) next to you as well as a pen and your journal.

Please be on time as latecomers past 7:15pm GMT cannot be admitted, in order to keep the integrity of the circle.

COST:

This event operates on a sliding scale and different price options are available to accomodate everybodys budget. If finances are tight at the moment, then please do reach out to me.
