The Multi-Disciplinary Team: A Learning Event
Thu 17 November 2016, 10:00 – 16:00 GMT
Join us for a stimulating discussion on Multi-Disciplinary Teams. The Strategy Unit, ICF International and the Health Services Management Centre provide a forum for learning, bringing their expertise to your practical knowledge.
Multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) are emerging as a means of delivering patient-centred integrated or coordinated care. They are at the heart of many of the new models of care in Vanguards and Sustainability and Transformation Plans.
Hear from academics and health and social care professionals, both managers and practitioners, who have knowledge and experience of MDTs. Share your reflections and local examples. This interactive learning event will provide insights, challenge and inspiration on how to develop, deliver and assess your MDTs.

The event is free to attend, but booking is essential. Places will be limited to no more than three per organisation.
