Mum Hub – A Safe Space to Connect, Share & Recharge
Being a mum is incredible – but let’s be honest, it’s also exhausting, overwhelming, and sometimes lonely. That’s why we’ve created Mum Hub: a friendly, welcoming space for local mums to come together, breathe, and feel supported.
What to Expect
Over 4 weeks, you’ll enjoy relaxed sessions with other mums, hear from expert guest speakers, and take part in simple activities to boost your wellbeing and confidence. Babies are welcome – we know life doesn’t pause!
Each session includes:
- A warm cuppa and chat
- Space to reflect and offload
- Helpful info on parenting, relationships & mental wellbeing
- Time just for you
We have a couple of guest speakers also attending;
*Sleep Expert
*Life Coach specialising in Motherhood.
Whilst accessing this provision, we are on hand to also provide contraception, infant feeding support and if you would like to share youe expereinces of birth we are ready to listen.

The sessions for this are Thursdays - 2/10, 9/10, 16/10, 23/10 - 1pm till 3pm
