Will there be fashion items there to suit my style?

Accepted Answer

We can't guarantee that every guest will walk away with an item of their choosing, however we will have a wide range of sizes and style of items available.

Question 2

Am I allowed to walk-in if I don’t book a slot?

Accepted Answer

Entry to the event is limited to those who have reserved a slot via Eventbrite in advance.

Question 3

How many tickets can I reserve?

Accepted Answer

You are permitted to reserve up to two tickets maximum (including yourself). Tickets are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
If you can no longer attend the event, please cancel your tickets via Eventbrite so that they can be re-allocated.

Question 4

How long does the experience last?

Accepted Answer

Slots will be 45 minutes, but you can also take part in the experience in less time if you do need to leave early.

Question 5

What if I can't find anything to wear?

Accepted Answer

If you don't find the item you're hoping for, you will still come away with a £50 eBay voucher to spend on pre-loved fashion. You also have the opportunity to email Elinor@Heaps-Stacks.Com with your clothes size in advance to ensure we have the right size items for you to select from.

Question 6

What time should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

You will be able to select an entry time when you sign up. Please arrive promptly at your entry time. If you arrive before or after your designated time slot, you may not be permitted entry to the event.

Will there be something in my size?

You have the opportunity to email Elinor@Heaps-Stacks.com with your clothes size in advance to ensure we have the right size items for you to select from.
