About this event

What it is:

A small-group, coach-led walking experience in nature.

This walk blends nature and movement with a simple 4-part structure:

🔹Solo reflection

🔹Connection to others

🔹A creative exploration of making a mandala

🔹And a shared group moment over tea

In this 3 hour experience, you are invited to step away from routine and into exploration. It’s an experiment in movement, nature, and shared experience that unfolds step by step. You will be guided with reflection, prompts and activities.

This is walk, an exploration, and an experience.

Why it exists

As a coach, I’ve seen how we’ve stopped exploring — rushing through our days, filling our time, sticking to the familiar. We are easily distracted and entertained. But exploration is where inspiration lives, joy sparks, and new answers appear.

This is my invitation to rediscover that innately human part of ourselves and use it to your advantage.

Why it works

🔹Nature grounds you and opens you up.

🔹Connecting with others makes us whole.

🔹Movement lifts your mood and sparks creativity.

This experience weaves all three together through four activities designed to explore curiosity, connection, creativity, and joy — so you leave feeling more grounded, inspired, and deeply connected to what matters.

When you say yes, you’ll leave with:

🔹Clarity on what matters most right now

🔹A deeper connection to yourself and others

🔹Moments of curiosity and joy

🔹Insights that feel natural, not forced

Frequently asked questions

Can I park?

There is parking in Richmond Park outside of Pembroke Lodge. It can get busy though so I would recommend getting there early if coming by car.

How do I get there?

We will be meeting at Richmond Gate which is just up from The Habour Hotel (Richmond). You can walk (15 mins from Richmond Station) or you can get the 371 bus which drops you off just around the corner.
