The Negotiator is a unique, experiential training and coaching programme designed to empower you to take control of your negotiations and maximise profit.

We truly believe that learning is best achieved by doing. That is why we have created an immersive and highly interactive learning experience guaranteed to take you on a journey to push you out of your comfort zone, challenge your behaviour and provide you with a process that will put you on the front foot of all your negotiations.

In order to achieve optimal results you need to take action. Coaching will encourage you to take accountability and will give you an opportunity to reflect, plan and prepare for your negotiations.

Who is this programme for?

All commercial people that negotiate as part of their key role in small to medium sized companies or anyone that is looking to improve their negotiation skills in order to maximise results!

Programme outline

Pre-Workshop Objectives

All delegates will receive pre-workshop objectives which must be completed prior to the workshop. This allows us to deepen our understanding of the development needs of the individual.

The Negotiator Workshop

The workshop is a one day essential skills programme designed to push delegates out of their comfort zone and provide them with the core skills, process, tools and behaviours to negotiate effectively. Delegates will prepare, conduct and analyse negotiations through video feedback which will highlight the appropriateness and inappropriateness of their behaviour.


Following the workshop the delegates receive a 45 minute one-to-one coaching call to discuss and support the transfer of learning into the work place.

We truly believe that people, unless coached, never reach their maximum capabilities and that is why we offer additional coaching packages to help you grow in confidence and become a complete skilled negotiator.

Key Objectives

  • Empower delegates to take control and apply a process that allows them to manage their negotiations more effeciently.

  • Understand the difference between competative and collaborative negotiations and adapting their behavior accordingly.

  • Maintain self-control and manage situations of perceived conflict.

  • Plan and prepare for negotiations and taking control of the the agenda.

  • Master the art of questioning and listening to identify the position and interests of the other party.

  • Trade concession effectively to enhance the value of every deal and maximise profit.

  • Think creatively and explore options to move the negotiation forward and avoid deadlock.

  • Awareness of tactics and the appropriateness of where and when to use them.


When does the workshop start?

The workshop will start at 9:00am but we reccomend delegates arrive at 8:30am to sign in.

How many people normally attend?

4-8 delegates

Are meals served?

Yes. Both breakfast and lunch will be served on the day, as well as a variety of refreshments throughout the day.

What do I need to bring to the workshop?

Just a pen, notepad and calculator

Expect an intensive, impactful and information-packed learning experience. This practical programme will encourage delegates to step out of their comfort zone and learn by doing, which we guarantee will give you greater confidence and understanding in negotiation.
