The NET Club - Networking Event
Overview
Start your morning with purpose, connection, and a great breakfast. NET Club Tewkesbury brings together local business owners, freelancers, and professionals for relaxed, friendly networking that actually feels human.
Expect genuine conversations, supportive collaboration, and opportunities to showcase what you do without the awkward salesy vibe. Whether you’re new to networking or a seasoned regular, you’ll leave feeling inspired, connected, and part of a thriving local community.
Your first meeting is free, so come along, meet the group, and see if it’s the right fit for you.
Local Business Spotlight
Connecting with the people and places that make Tewkesbury thrive.
Every so often, NET Club takes a break from our usual meeting at The Exchange and heads out into the community for a Local Business Spotlight visit. These sessions give us a behind-the-scenes look at our members’ workplaces and the incredible work happening across Tewkesbury.
Recent Spotlight: Tewkesbury Food Bank
Hosted by member Michael Jones, this visit gave us a real understanding of how vital the Food Bank is to local families.
Highlights from our visit:
- Saw donations being sorted and core parcels packed with care
- Learned which “most-needed” items make the biggest impact
- Met the volunteers who keep everything running smoothly
- Gained a deeper appreciation for how the Food Bank supports the community
- Committed as a group to offering ongoing support and volunteering
After the tour, we returned to The Exchange for our usual breakfast — inspired, connected, and reminded of why community-centred networking matters.
Start Your Day the Best Way
There’s something special about starting the morning around a table of supportive, like-minded business owners. At NET Club, breakfast isn’t just a perk it’s part of the experience.
Each meeting includes a freshly cooked breakfast at The Exchange, giving you the chance to sit down, relax, and chat with the people you’ve just connected with. No rushing off, no balancing a coffee on the go — just good food, good company, and conversations that flow naturally.
Sharing a meal has a way of breaking down barriers, sparking ideas, and helping real relationships form. It turns networking from a task into something genuinely enjoyable.
Your breakfast is fully included in your membership or visitor fee — just turn up hungry and ready to connect.
Netwalking Sessions
Fresh air, great company, and conversations that flow naturally.
Every so often — especially when the weather is on our side — NET Club swaps tables and chairs for a walk around beautiful Tewkesbury. Our Netwalking sessions are a relaxed way to connect, perfect for those who enjoy networking with a little movement and fresh air.
What makes Netwalking special:
- Easy, friendly walking routes around Tewkesbury
- Conversations happen naturally, without the pressure of “formal networking”
- A great option for quieter members or those who think better on the move
- A wellbeing boost before you start your workday
- Still includes the same connection-focused atmosphere NET Club is known for
Once the walk wraps up, we often head back to The Exchange for a chilled coffee or continue the morning with our usual meeting — refreshed, energised, and already connected.
Netwalking shows a different side of networking: lighter, calmer, and perfect for the warmer months.
Member Skill Share Sessions
Learning from the experts sitting right beside you.
Every so often, NET Club hands the floor to one of our members for a Skill Share session — a relaxed chance to learn from the incredible experience, wisdom, and expertise within our group. These sessions go beyond business pitches and dive into the real stories, tools, and insights that help people grow.
What makes Skill Share sessions valuable:
- Members share what they do, how they work, and what drives them
- Practical tips and tools they’ve found helpful in their career or business
- Honest insights into their challenges, wins, and lessons learned
- A chance to understand each other as people, not just job titles
- Inspires collaboration, support, and deeper connections within the group
Whether it’s productivity tips, marketing know-how, financial guidance, wellbeing strategies, or a story that reshaped someone’s business journey — Skill Share sessions leave everyone with something useful to take away.
It’s networking with depth, learning, and a whole lot of heart.
