The first step is to hold a mirror up to your own style. At Uspire we use Insights Discovery Profiling to harness your strengths as a leader and ensure that you are able to flex your approach to get the best from your stakeholders and customers.

What to expect on the day

The Discover Your Style day is led by Amanda Downs, Uspire Director of Commercial Leadership

You will complete your own Insights Discovery Profile in advance and see your personal mix of the four colour energies revealed by this powerful tool.

After lunch our Network Coach will run a POD (Peer Oriented Discussion) coaching session, exactly like our live Uspire Network Member POD’s. This provides an opportunity to explore the speaker topic as well as share and debate live business and people challenges with the group.
