About
In a time of deep change, leadership is evolving. More than ever, we need leaders who can create cultures of care and interconnectedness, where people feel safe to think, speak, grow.
Right now:
- 90% of the UK workforce is disengaged (Gallup, 2024)
- 74% of adults have felt too stressed to cope in the last yearAnd mental health referrals for young people have surged, with suicide the second leading cause of death in 20–24-year-olds
- A recentl study by Mental Health First Aid and Henly Business School found a 25% drop in the number of people who feel they can "bring their whole self to work" over the past 5 years
- Managers tend to overestimate the level of psychologically safety their employees experience
We are not just facing individual burnout, we are facing a cultural fracture in how we lead, support, and connect.
This reflective and discussion based workshop invites you to explore leadership through a more human, holistic lens.
Listening to the three key speakers, Juliette, Jack and Andrea, you will learn how to create psychological safety, support nervous system regulation (yours and others) and lead from a place of grounded awareness
This masterclass is for those who hold pace for others formally and informally and want to lead with greater care, clarity and connection. On the whole it offers a fresh take leadership through the holistic lens.
