The News This Week by Genuine English - Upper-Intermediate to Advanced

Genuine English online routine classes are capped at 8 students per lesson to ensure that all students have the opportunity to speak and collaborate with their peers.

Yes! We encourage you to use advanced grammar forms and vocabulary to express your ideas. We also provide corrections and extension activities so that you are always pushed to your limit.

Yes! Genuine English routine classes are designed for professionals and university students aged 18 and above.

No! It's a 90-minute lesson where you will have the opportunity to speak English with people from all over the world.

Lessons will take place online via Google Meet. 

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection so that you can join the class.

Computers/laptops are preferred. However, you can comfortably complete “We Are Here To Talk” and “The News This Week” from your phone or tablet. The other 3 routine classes may be more challenging but I’m sure you would manage.

We don’t offer refunds for classes purchased via Eventbrite.
