Description

There’s no shortage of changing external factors impacting business today; from technology to data; or from purpose-driven clients to social enterprise. How then will business leaders engage talent, trust and technology to drive economic growth?

We invite researchers, academics and business leaders – from SMEs and start-ups and those deciding the future strategy of Scotland’s largest companies, to join us at The Business School for a day of activity on the skill set and mindset that Industry 4.0 will demand. Are you prepared?

  • What does the new framework for Economic Development in Scotland mean for your sector?
  • How can your business ‘feed a sense of collective wellbeing’?
  • What impact will Blockchain have on Scotland’s key economic sectors?
  • Does business need to change how it reports on ‘the bottom line’, to reflect new priorities and convince customers?
  • What is the shape and skill set of the ‘Workforce of the future’?
  • How is The Business School developing its curriculum to make graduates work-ready for the future?
