THE NHS AND UK HEALTH LAW: WHERE NOW AFTER BREXIT?

This event held as part of the ESRC UK in a Changing Europe project "Health Law outside the EU: Immediate, Intermediate and Long-Term Impacts" will examine the state of play in relation to the impact of Brexit on the law and regulation of the NHS and health care delivery in the UK post Brexit.
It draws upon a Report published in December 2018 and on-going research following interviews undertaken from October 2018 to January 2019 with stakeholders involved in the delivery of health care services drawn from across the UK, with specific reference to the Brexit challenges facing the devolved jurisdictions. The presentation of the report's findings will be followed by a panel discussion and time for questions.
