Our Launch theme is “Moments, Magic, and the Many Ways We Nurture,” a celebration of the beauty found in everyday acts of care.

Expect an inspiring lineup with three guest speakers sharing wisdom on both personal and professional growth, alongside a variety of activities designed to refresh and uplift you. There will be fun, child-friendly activities so little ones can enjoy themselves while you relax and connect.

Highlights include:

  • Engaging talks on family, career, and resilience from our guest speakers
  • Group discussion time to share experiences, exchange ideas, and make new friends
  • Interactive games and crafts for children
  • Delicious refreshments and snacks for all ages
  • A warm, community atmosphere where you can unwind, connect, and feel supported

Whether you’re a mother, a mentor, a student, or simply someone seeking connection, this event offers you the chance to pause, be inspired, and take home practical encouragement for your journey, and go back home with a new friend.

Frequently asked questions

Who can attend this event?

This event is open to all women, whether you’re a mother, an aunt, a mentor, or simply seeking connection and inspiration. Children are welcome, and we’ve planned lots of fun activities for them.

Do I need to register my children separately?

No separate registration is required, but please let us know how many children you’ll be bringing so we can plan appropriately for activities and refreshments.

Will there be photography or video recording?

Yes, we will have photography and short video coverage of the event for memories and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let us know at check-in and we’ll provide you with a discreet identifier.

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please mention any food allergies or dietary needs during registration or email us ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate you

What should I wear?

It’s a picnic! Dress comfortably and season-appropriately — think summer-friendly outfits, hats, and maybe a light jacket in case it gets breezy. Feel free to bring picnic blankets or mats for added comfort.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, your little ones if applicable, and your great energy!

What if it rains?

We have an alternative plan in place. If the weather changes, we will notify you via email and update our event page with the backup location.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there are limited free packing spaces along the roads, and paid parking within the Park.

What about safety and child supervision?

We are committed to creating a safe, child-friendly environment. Our children’s activities will be supervised by trusted volunteers, but parents/guardians are responsible for their own children at all times. We recommend staying close to younger children during the event.
