The course will help you learn:

What appropriate expectations looks like at different ages
How to develop children's self-esteem and personal identity
The importance of good emotional health, both in ourselves as parents and in our children, and how to strengthen this
How having positive relationships with our children support them to build healthy beliefs about themselves and others
The ages and stages in children's development and how parents can help children solve problems at each of these points.
