What will we be doing at these work parties?

For your first time at any work party, we'll need to collect some information about you before you get stuck in.
The first few work parties will be about tidying and pruning the grounds of The Old Changing Rooms. After that, we can look at getting inside.

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

This is a community work site, so we ask that you prepare yourself sensibly for the event. Wear sensible shoes and clothing. Put on some sunscreen if it's sunny. Remember your antihistamines if the pollen is high. And remember water to hydrate.

What skills do I need to join in?

Accepted Answer

You don't need any, but any you do have are a plus. We expect a range of skills in these work parties, and we'll find suitable activities for people of different abilities.

Can I bring my children?

Accepted Answer

This is a community lead project, so we're happy for all members of the community to be involved - regardless of age. However, anyone under 16 needs to be supervised in activities by a parent/guardian, for their safety and others.
