Motivation, goal pursuit and consumer behaviour: Dr Heather Kappes from London School of Economics will share insights into motivation and goal pursuit, giving you the tools to close the "intention-behaviour gap" so that you, your employees, and your customers are more likely to achieve the goals you set.
Digitising your business: Professor Leslie Willcocks from London School of Economics will take you through how to move your business to digital, including the challenges, the payoffs and the changing nature of digital businesses.

Prior to joining Imperial in 2005, he was the Beckwith Professor of Management Studies at Cambridge University's Judge Business School. He teaches leadership, innovation and digital business on the MBA and EMBA programmes at Imperial, and delivers executive education for a wide range of corporate clients. Dr Heather Kappes is an assistant professor of marketing at London School of Economics, where she conducts research on motivation and goal pursuit in the context of consumer behaviour. Her background is in social psychology and her research has been covered in media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Psychology Today and Forbes. View her academic profile here.

Professor Leslie Willcocks is the professor of technology work and globalisation at the Department of Management at London School of Economics, with a doctorate from the University of Cambridge. At LSE, he heads research into outsourcing, automation and blockchain technologies.
