Each booking slot can accommodate a maximum of 3 people.

How many people will be in the store per hour?

A maximum of 6 people can be accommodated in the store per hour, with each booking allocated a dedicated eyewear stylist to assist them.

What services will the eyewear stylist provide during the appointment?

Our eyewear stylist will guide you through the l.a.Eyeworks eyewear collection, help you try on different frames, discuss lens options, and ensure you feel comfortable making your selection.

What if I don't have my prescription with me?

No worries! You can still choose frames and discuss lens options during your appointment. We can also schedule an eye exam at a later date, or you can provide us with your prescription when it's available.

How can I make a payment for my selected eyewear?

We accept payments on the day, including a minimum non-refundable 50% deposit. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, as well as cash.

When will I receive my glasses after ordering?

All frames and lenses will be ordered after your appointment. It may take up to three weeks for the complete orders to arrive. We will schedule a collection appointment for you when your glasses are ready for pickup.

How do I get to The Optical Gallery?

We are conveniently located with paid parking options available, including on-street parking and nearby car parks, such as Waitrose and Holly Road Car Park's. The nearest train station is Twickenham Overground Station, and we are just a 5-minute walk away.

What if I attend the event and don't find anything I like?

There is no obligation to make a purchase. However, please note that the offer on the day will not be applicable after the event.

Do I have to purchase lenses from The Optical Gallery?

No, you have the flexibility to purchase the frame only if you prefer. You can then take the frame to your local optician to have your prescription lenses fitted. Our team is here to assist you in making the best choice for your eyewear needs, whether it includes lenses from us or just the frame.
