The Oscar Wilde Temple Artists' Group Performance Night
Date and time
Description
Writer and filmmaker Juliet Jacques hosts a special evening of performances and readings by participants of The Oscar Wilde Temple Artists' Group, celebrating the culmination of this three-month project working with the artist.
The group has used themes from The Oscar Wilde Temple to explore a diverse range of subjects from gender nonconformity and self-care to the representation of queer women in popular culture.
A zine including poetry, prose, drawings and fan–fiction created by the group, has been collaboratively designed with artist Virgil B/G Taylor and will be available to purchase on the evening to raise funds for The Albert Kennedy Trust.
