Event description
Join James Beacham as he reveals what would happen if you fell into a black hole and what's at the other end

About this event

What would happen if you fell into a black hole? Would you be vaporised? Crushed into a point? Stretched into spaghetti? Or would you emerge at the other end to a new world – perhaps a new universe?

Join James Beacham, particle physicist at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, as he explores what happens when the fabric of reality – physical or societal – gets twisted beyond recognition, and what this means for you, now and in the future.

By booking to attend events at the Royal Institution, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Ri's event terms and conditions.
