THE COMPETITION:

The Cocktail Services' inaugural cocktail competition will happen on Monday 2nd December 2019 in partnership with the TOAD distillery in Oxford. Focused on sustainability, this is in line with both of our values of using local suppliers wherever possible, and minimising our carbon footprint.

Please Note: This is a limited invite only event. If you aren't submitting a cocktail, please register your interest as "Going" on our Facebook page and we'll be in touch nearer the time about the availability of guestlist tickets. 

RULES FOR COMPETITORS:

A drink that is created around sustainability.

Each Bartender finalist will have 5 mins preparation time and then 3 minutes make and present the drink. Each drink will be marked out of within 5 different categories totalling 30 points:

Name (5 Points)

Sustainability Story (10 Points)

Taste (5 Points)

Appearance (10 Points)

Base spirit (minimum 35ml, maximum 50) must be from:

TOAD Distillery (https://www.spiritoftoad.com/)

or

Plantation Rum or Maison Ferrand (http://www.idbrands.co.uk/)

Mixers must be from:

Britvic (https://www.britvic.com/)

Any other brands can be used as long as they aren't a direct substitute for any of our partner brands products which can be found in the links above.

Homemade infusions are encouraged.
