What does my ticket include?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket includes access to the Oxford Wine Festival, entry to one tutored tasting (subject to availability), and your first 10 tasting vouchers. Further vouchers can be purchased as needed - £5 for 5, or £10 for 10.

Question 2

Are all wines 1 voucher per sample?

Accepted Answer

We encourage all our exhibitors to have as many wines as possible available to sample at one voucher per sample. However some more expensive wines may be charged at more than one voucher per sample.

Question 3

Is there food at the festival?

Accepted Answer

We have a number of food stalls at the festival, including charcuterie and cheese stands to accompany your wines. Please refer to our exhibitor list on the website for our full list of food vendors.

Question 4

Are tickets refundable?

Ticket refunds or transfers can be requested up until 7 days before the festival. After this time we will unfortunately not be able to offer refunds.

Question 5

How do I book onto a tutored tasting?

Accepted Answer

Our tutored tasting program is usually released in Spring each year. If you have booked tickets to the festival you will receive an email when the tastings are announced. They will also be announced on our social media. Then you just need to email us to reserve your place.
