What is your refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. As a small charity we have invested both financial and staff resource into this event. To ensure the event raises money for the charity we will not be able to offer refunds for tickets unless the event is postponed or cancelled by TOW.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The Kingsmills Hotel is fully accessible.

Is there onsite parking?

Yes there is a large car park on site at the Kingsmills Hotel.

Is there preferred accommodation I can book?

If you want to extend your evening with a stay in the stunning Kingsmills Hotel ensure you mention "The Oxygen Works" at the point of booking your room for a special discount.

Can I buy a ticket for the event on the night?

To assist in the organisation we will not be selling tickets for the Spring Swing on the night. Tickets are available for purchase online up to the 6th June 2024.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Yes! The more fabulous the better!
