The Parent’s Circle — Peer Support Group

This session provides a welcoming space for parents and carers to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Led by HFEH Mind, the group will look at ways to support children grow healthy friendships.

We’ll also reflect on parents’ own wellbeing, support networks, and ways to stay connected, while offering guidance on accessing local services and sharing peer advice. The group is designed to help parents feel understood, supported, and more confident in caring for their children.

If you have any problems reaching the Circle let us know via outreach@hfehmind.org.uk and we can look into options to support you. If you’re thinking of attending with a child under 5, you can let us know and we’ll see what provisions might be available for them during the session.
