Do you ever feel as though it's impossible to hold on to happiness?


Or feel like your waiting for it to appear, perhaps in the form of a

person, job, money, position, or possessions?


Have you ever wondered what happiness is?


If we look around us we can see that we are all often in a hurry.

We want to be happy but somehow we find ourselves caught up

in trying to cope and get things done.

Happiness can start to feel like something that's coming at the

weekend, the holiday, the evening. However even at those times

we can find it difficult to relax and enjoy our free time.


In actuality we don’t have to wait for happiness, we can make

happiness part of our everyday experience. In fact lets make it

central to our daily activities. How can we do that?

Buddha taught that the real source of happiness is inner peace.

Through practising the meditations taught in modern Buddhism

we can learn to rely upon a peaceful mind and begin to enjoy

our daily life moment by moment.
