Do we need experience doing Pilates ?

Absolutely not ! It’s a very basic level HOWEVER please ensure you have been cleared by your doctor before participating in Pilates.

Am I allowed to bring my baby ?

No as the whole idea of this workshop is for you to step away from the daily hustle :)
