I help parents, carers, and anyone who feels they’ve lost their sense of self to reconnect with calm, clarity, and purpose. Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, and mindset shifts, I create safe, supportive spaces for release, restoration, and self-rediscovery.

1. What is SOMA Breathwork?

SOMA Breathwork is a rhythmic and meditative breathing practice that combines ancient pranayama techniques, music, and visualization. It helps balance your nervous system, increase mental clarity, and reconnect with your inner self. It’s both energizing and calming.

2. Is this course suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is required. Each session is guided, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.

3. What will I need for the sessions?

4. How much time does it take each week?

Weekly 1-hour Zoom Soma breathwork session

5. Will this be too intense if I’m feeling emotionally fragile or overwhelmed?

This journey is designed to meet you where you are, especially if you’re feeling stretched thin, anxious, or lost in the day-to-day of adulthood. You are always in control — modifications and grounding techniques are offered. And you’ll be supported in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

6. What if I miss a session?

Life happens — I get it! If you miss a session in your block, you’re welcome to make it up by joining another session during the same block period (up to 2 make-up session per booking). Just let me know so we can plan for it.

7. Can I do this while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant, please consult your GP first. Modified breathwork (without breath holds or strong physical exertion) will be offered. For breastfeeding mothers, it’s safe — and often deeply restorative — but we encourage you to listen to your body and reach out with any concerns

8. Is this a therapy or a coaching program?

This journey is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. It’s a guided wellness and self-rediscovery experience, using SOMA Breathwork® and gentle movement to help you release stress, rebuild energy, and reconnect with yourself.

9. Can I join if I’m not a mum/dad?

Yes — while this program is designed with parents in mind, anyone who resonates with the feeling of losing themselves in service of others is welcome. If you're longing to reconnect with the version of yourself beneath the noise — this is for you.

10. What happens if I miss a drop-in session?

No problem at all — drop-ins are flexible. You simply join on the weeks that suit you within the 4-week period your pass is valid for.

11. Can I get a refund for a Single Session?

Single session bookings are non-refundable and must be used within one month of purchase. If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend — just let me know their name before the session.

12. Can I get a refund for 4-week block booking?

Block bookings are non-refundable. If you miss a session, you’re welcome to join another within your 8-week period. Unused sessions cannot be carried over or refunded, but you can gift your remaining sessions to a friend if you can’t attend.
