Grub Club Cambridge is a food networking group, for people in or supplying, the food and drink industry. Our events offer a place to get foodies together, chat, network and collaborate to make amazing things happen. This month Grub Club Cambridge has teamed up with a host of Bedfordshire based producers to create a delicious evening of food and networking at The Pavilion Bedford.
The welcome drink will be Philip Schofield's new favourite gin from Willow Tree gin distilled by a small, but passionate team on a family farm in the Bedfordshire countryside.

Smoked salmon ballotine, horseradish creme fraiche, griddled asparagus, lambs leaf, radish, lemon dressing
Smoked duck breast, cauliflower purée, black pudding crumble, Apple and sorrel salad
Heritage tomato salad, pesto, mozzarella, crispy basil, chicory, pear(v)
Mains
Thyme roasted chicken breast, Sautéed jersey royals, tender stem broccoli, carrot purée, charred baby gem, chicken and tarragon jus, golden purslane
Whole baked plaice, caper and hazelnut beurre noisette, sautéed potatoes, French beans, lambs leaf, samphire, burnt lemon
Charred asparagus, pecorino, roast courgette, pea and butter bean tart (V)
Dessert
Le Délicieux - Layers of caramel crème brûlée, dark chocolate biscuits soaked with salted butter caramel sauce and a rich, dark chocolate mousse.
Byzance - White chocolate mousse and lots of fruits lying decadently on their toasted nuts divan. (gluten-free)
