Come and join us at Local Motion for a fun and relaxed afternoon, learning more about your pelvic floor.
I'm running a workshop for new Mums who are interested to find out everything you need to know about your pelvic floor and returning to exercise safely.
We will go far beyond squeeze and lift and learn about how to get the pelvic floor to do it's job properly - so that you can be healthy, active and fit.
The afternnon will teach you how to strengthen your pelvic floor and core so that for years to come you've got a solid, strong and dependable body which does not let you down when you jump, laugh or sneeze!
There will be plenty of time for questions and a practical session so that you can leave knowing how to do your pelvic floor exercises properly.
All are very welcome - although there will be plenty of babies so if you're not at the stage of life then you may want to book onto a different workshop.
